About the Show
Curious Kids Everyday is a daily audio show (appropriate for ages 3-10) all about asking questions and staying curious! Each day, Josh asks a question about the world around us. Why is the ocean blue? How old are the trees? Then he shares the answer in a way designed to make sense to a child. Before each episode is over, there may be some games too!
Why Screen-Less?
Hey there!I’m Josh, the host of Curious Kids Everyday, and I want to tell you something important: this show is intentionally screen-free.In a world where everything is flashing and buzzing and constantly trying to grab your attention, Curious Kids Everyday is a quiet little corner where your children's ears—and their imaginations—get to do all the work.I believe that curiosity is powerful– that asking “why?” and “how?” and “what if?” leads to the best adventures. And I think those adventures are even better when you’re not staring at a screen. That’s what this show is about. Building wonder. Sparking imagination. Engaging your brain without ever pressing play on a video.I care about this because I’ve got three kids of my own (and another on the way!), and I've seen how special life can be when we spend more time talking, laughing, wondering, and exploring—and less time swiping, scrolling, and zoning out.I encourage you to listen to this show with your kids. Imagine with them! Let's create a generation of "parent-oriented kids" (read Hold on to Your Kids if you haven't already!)Curious Kids Everyday is a screen-free zone because your children's imaginations and curiosities should be encouraged every single day.
